Update to review: Never before had an app contact me within a few hours of a post about my complaints and address them so quickly. Changed to 5 stars. App gets calls from our dispatch prior to the tones going off at the station. Is a great way to map out hydrants, pre-fire planning and unit staging for different incidents. Very impressed all around

Having access to all the dispatch notes within the app is great. Unfortunately the dispatches don't show up in the app in a timely manner. We often receive dispatches after the incident is over. I'm using a competitor's app as a back-up every day. Dispatches on that app arrive quickly.

In my opinion the app is complete garbage. It's full of bugs, app failures and the app doesn't do any emergency service personnel any good if it kills your phone battery halfway through a shift. The only thing I've found good about the program is incident reports and even that is flawed. All the categories for location type or call type are all grouped into one long list that you may or may not get through before the next call comes in. How hard is it to break those into categories???

The only way I can get the app to stop giving me push notifications for dispatched calls is by blocking notifications completely through my Android settings. The settings in the app are set not to notify me of dispatches at all. There's also a ton of incomplete features that are hardly usable on mobile. Incident reports, for example. The schedule board is okay sometimes, but frequently displays the wrong information if you switch dates.
