One of the better airline apps. Works as it should. It could be better though: it should inform about departure gate changes immediately and seat selection at check-in time should not be available only for extra cost. It wasn't like that before, this changed in 2023. This is in any case the airline's fault, they are being cheap in service while not cheap in pricing.

Great app but when need to enter passport information for a flight, the software reseta fields if app is put to background which is annoying when looking for information on the same device.

A good and functional app. Can now request seat upgrades via the app. Where changes to bookings cannot be made. Just contact Finn air customer service. Has worked well for me. First time used app to check multiple boarding cards for my family, all worked as planned.

An airline app where your bookings disappear without explanation, and you can't find flight status is actually quite worthless. Ironically I mentioned this to the woman at check-in at Helsinki recently and her response was that no airline app shows flight status (um, wrong, and I showed her examples). Then she explained that she didn't need that functionality because she works for finnair at the airport to which I said well that's wonderful but maybe customers do. This airline is clueless.

Sxammed me €650! Don't use chat! Always call them and record your call. I asked how much my extra bags will cost and that I could not buy it because I have connected flight. They stated I can buy it at the check in counter. I asked multiple times are you sure, and they replied "yes, yes 95e". Well just got to the airport and at the couter lady says "it's 650e, the fee is per kilogram. And she also stated always call, never use "easy to solve problem" chat as it's not saved, all calls are recorded.
