This app went from 4 stars to 1. I've been trying to get my 401k balance transfer to another app, and they've been making it impossible. They even said that I had something going on with the IRS. They made me call the IRS, and they said that I was 100% clean, that I had nothing on my account at all.

AVOID This app will steal your money. I closed my account before the new fee went into effect. Waited for my withdrawal for the 4–7 days they say it takes and got nothing. Went back and forth with support until they finally told me I had to go in and manually close it myself, but that wasn't even an option when I first tried because it said I had to call support. Now, since that took longer they charged me the $10 fee twice because I didn't "cancel the subscription" though I closed my account.
