Uninstalled because the first thing I needed to do, to add funds for this year's ISA allowance, and the app locked as soon as I selected the account. Completely locked with all the selectable areas not functionally working. Having had the same problem with their website on my PC, I now suspect that the problem within their own system and will try this again.

Fidelity have done a great job over the past 5 years, dramatically improving their SIPP portal. Very easy to use especially buying selling and switching funds.

The app is underdeveloped, does not work well on android, crashes, landscape mode doesn't exist, and you can't see performance at a particular historic date.

Used to be good...now just consistent error messages on Android. I'm unsure what's changed, but for the past 2–3 months I will be granted access for 2–3 days, and then I will just receive the same error message of "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." This is an awful app now for trading shares, as you can't even gain access to change your position even if you needed to. I currently can't gain access to my shares, but as soon as I can, I will be moving them to Trading 212.

Fidelity Plan Viewer app stopped working on my phone. Now get a message saying it's not compatible with my phone, so, installed the Fidelity - Manage Investment app as it said you could manage your pension with it. Installed the app, and it won't recognize my username when I attempt to log in. I know it's correct because I can log on to the full website using the same username. Absolutely pathetic! How do you suddenly make an app unsupported by certain phones and not even communicate that?
