On my first purchase, I received a counterfeit Canada goose puffer jacket and requested a return/refund. The 9% GST was not returned, and I incurred a SGD200+ loss for nothing. I've lost faith totally on this shopping platform. How is Farfetch going to safeguard your shopper since there's no Information of who, and where is your seller? It's not my fault, and I'm penalized SGD200+ for nothing. I'm not going to shop here any more phobia of paying of hundreds for nothing and the stress.

This is a deceitful company. I ordered from them on 19th Jul where the bag ordered was supposed to be delivered between 24 and 31st. Today is the 29th, and the item is still in preparation. I have been calling and emailing them, but their reply was they do not do refund, and they stopped replying to my emails. They are fake, they stole my money, and they ruined an anniversary gift. Do not purchase anything from this company.
