App does not allow you to choose which date to wash the car. Customer service hotline unresponsive, live chat in app is unresponsive, emailed customer support also unresponsive. Terms and conditions does not state that your car has to be parked in Multistory/sheltered car park, but washer will inform you that they do not wash in open car park. Overall a very bad experience with both the app and the service. Will not use it again.

The experience was pleasant when it first launch, but recently I notice that the user did not use a different cloth for individual car, and it's probably worse than petrol kiosk car wash because dry wash with a cloth filled with dirt will scratch your car like crazy. I have request to terminal my service, no one pick up my. All, no reply in SMS, no reply in "live chat", no way to review it in the Facebook page. No accountability on the payment details etc. in the app. Very disappointed.
