Loving the app for programming and tracking progress in the gym. The longer you use it the more the AI can adapt to your needs and weak points. The nutrition side needs a bit of work to make it easier to navigate. Nutrition ix Tracker is great to pair alongside Evolve AI. I would love to see a page on the app where you can see your progress in individual exercises and what your next workout looks like (sets/reps/resistance). Would recommend!

Excellent training app, way more than just a "program", evolve keeps the work load balanced perfectly between stress and fatigue. I have run several different program templates and also different A.I. style app, Evolve has been the best training experience I have had out of all of them. I am currently training for a meet in September, thanks to evolve I am confident I will be ready to set new PRs. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to compete or anyone just trying to get strong.

I love Garrett, and wanted this to work out. But the app is constantly crashing. Wi-Fi or plan data, doesn't matter. Rebooted phone, updated the app, uninstall/re-install...nothing works. Too bad, I liked it a lot.

Having used Juggernaut AI and found it overly expensive and underwhelming, I decided to try this since I liked Garrett's programming in the past and this was half the price. I signed up for 6 months discounted rate and after a few weeks realized I made a big mistake...it is identical to Juggernaut AI. The interface is good, but the programming isn't all that great and to call it AI is a very misleading statement. There are plenty of other free options out there which are excellent alternatives.

Do NOT sign up for a "free" trial. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription without actually talking to a human. They put fake "manage your subscription" buttons in their emails which do nothing other than direct you to their front page that asks you to sign up (not cancel or manage) for a subscription. After logging into your account there's nowhere in the website or app to manage or cancel your trial.
