DEI at it's finest. Not sure why you'd need to target specific skin colors in your marketing and advertisements after "changing names" to Ever wise. Local credit union taking the same stance as the FEDS. Be careful of your purchases, Ever wise is reporting to the Fed bank on all your purchases.

I had a fraud against me. Sent them documentation. Never refunded and heard from them. I called twice. They said I was sent an email. Never got. Have been with TCU over 25 yrs. Now looking for a bank or Credit Union to move.

This app is absolute junk. Terrible UI, and the check deposit camera and image upload are terrible and get rejected constantly.

Update as of 10/31/2024. Still 1 star. Unless you are willing to give the app 100% access to your phone, data, contacts, and personal information, it will not function. You are unable to pay bills, transfer money, etc., unless you agree.
