Went to do withdrawal to Mesa, the money was taken from my account but not send to Mesa and the transaction in the app was erased. Had to contact support again and after several days got my money back. Very stressful and unprofessional.

Tried a transaction, it failed, supposedly because card needs to be verified first. With loads of money in it, no one is saying anything, extremely subpar support service. Going back to my bank. Regret ever getting this app. For little minor transactions, it might be okay, but NEVER make the mistake of trusting this app with more than like $25 of your money, you'll regret it
