★★★★★ Great app to save the time while checking tickets on the entry. Would be perfect if the following features were also available: - optional offline mode (download event attendees to a single device, then check them in locally to avoid network traffic delays often happening in theaters) - search attendees but ticket name (being able to find people names in a specific category) - partial name search of attendees

★★★★★ It's very quick and easy to set up. I started scanning tickets for my website's events in just a couple of minutes. The QR reader is incredibly fast and responsive. It's even possible to check in attendees with multiple devices simultaneously. Definitely recommended if you sell your tickets using the Event Tickets Plus plugin for WordPress.

★★★★★ Really easy to connect this app to our website and working flawlessly to scan our attendees. Really fast.

★★☆☆☆ Major issues: - Does not keep a "checked-in" state of attendees. Leads to confusion over who is checked in and who isn't. (Can lead to double check-in of the same ticket.) - Also a problem when trying to determine capacity remaining for door sales. - Event tickets are scanned as valid even if for a different event - List of attendees can only be sorted by first name. (More options would be good, like last name.)

★★☆☆☆ DOES NOT WORK! ABANDONED APP! As many people here say the app scans a second time almost immediately and says user already checked in. Makes whole check in system useless. I paid USD 99 for this add-on. Has not been mended in over a year and no responses from developers here.
