I would like to suggest biometrics or pin access not be cleared every time I try to log in. I also don't get why I receive email wth OTP when there is no popup or request to input one. Additionally, I recently signed up, but the app says add tier miles to upgrade within the next 2–3 months. I believe it should be 1yr after signup. Although not mandatory app, I do like having it for the info it provides, mileage offers etc. Few tweaks would make it better.

I have more than 50K miles in my account credited via cobranded credit card. But as soon as I received my miles from the card, etihad suspended my account, so I am not able to use the points for etihad rewards. As per customer agent, need to wait. Almost 3 months now, No reply for several reminders. Contacted bank, they informed several of their customers having the same issue. If we are not able to use the guest miles what is the point of cobranded card to credit miles.

Can log in the first time but then, using the fingerprint log in it just stays in a loading state. Even if you cancel the fingerprint, you can't put in a pin. Uninstalled and the same thing happens 3 times. As this is supposed to replace your guest card, it's no good. Underdeveloped and under tested I suspect. Now (trying) to use this app for 4 years. Nothing has improved. It now remembers that you set up a fingerprint log in then takes you to a screen to log in and wants an OTP!
