Do not send your money through this app. Really very annoying what I experienced. No response and yet the money I sent was deducted from my account, but my family didn't get the money so far, it has been three days, still going on

I used the EthioDirect app to send money(€100) through CBE Birr (mobile wallet) on Saturday (02.11.2024). But the recipient hasn't received it yet. And the money has been withdrawn from my account already. I used the receiver full name and phone number to send the money. I usually use Western Union app to send money to an account or mobile wallet and the money is received the next day, if not the same day. The support link under the profile menu actually closes the app, hence can't get any help.
