I always thought it was just my phone. This app constantly glitches. It won't let you reset your password. It's super slow. Along with all the other issues everyone else has mentioned, This app is a complete failure. When it does work it's great, but that's about 1% of the time. The only reason I use it is that my local herbal life store uses it, and it's the only way I can place my order ahead of time.

This app constantly logs me out and does not offer the remember me option. I often have to re-download this app. I have also had problems with not finding the club on the App. If I could, I gave the App - Stars!!!

Worked fine until recent update. Now the app doesn't work at all, opens and the little circle just spins and spins, and it never loads.
