The concept is good, but unfortunately the app data is inaccurate. We never know how much electricity and water credits we have. Their customer service is non-existent as Energy Max staff could not be bothered to respond or address inquiries. According to the app, we used ZERO electricity and water for July 2022. Yet when I purchased credits, it stated that we used more than our credits and this were deducted from the new credits. We don't receive a "low credit warning" at all.

This is the worst app you can ever have for what is supposed to be a prepaid system. It doesn't work 70% of the time and it crashes frequently. Aftersales support is horrible. I'd advise you to stay far from this app. I'd rate it 0 if there was such a rating.
