To log in to their app for the first time, there's no info available anywhere on what user ID and password to use. But here's what works: Take your case number in the following format - nnXnnnn/nnnnn. Take the last 2 digits before the '/', then '/', followed by the very last 2 digits of the case number. For example, if case no is 11F2345/67890 then user ID is 45/90 and password also will be the same. Once you log in, change password, and subsequently use the full case no as user ID.

This is too much amazing app everything has visible very easy, but it's not visible(3d figure) imaging report like chest x-ray, heart scaning and MRI report also. Because the person who has a doctor and who isn't a doctor of ACT REC that person could not look (except act rec doctor). That report only seen act rec doctor (3D figures report) please add this 3D feature that normal doctor can see 3D report

Fraud... Please don't use, ... If all the records of the patient are correct then the app will also be logged in. If the condition of the patient is not correct then an error of unable to login for next 06 to 7 hours due to technical issue will come.

My mom has died due to you Inexperienced doctors. I can't believe on myself I gave my mom in hands of such inexperienced Doctors littraly doctors are under the age of 29 Yrs. They made fun of my mom, they played with my mom's life. Doctors were really rude, insensitive with patients. God saw them. Karma will play his role. Staff is very rude, Inexperienced, Insensitive. Don't hold much knowledge of work & importance of work they are doing. I will not recommend TATA Cancer Hospital anyone

This is a disaster! The doctors get the reports within few hours, but the patients do not get them even after almost 48 hours. The whole administration is a joke! Patients get to see a new doctor during every OPD. Have no idea how this works! Need to tell the whole story every time. There is no communication among the doctors. At the end of the day, this is a Govt. hospital and I think that is the reason why there is such a high level of mismanagement!
