Confusing I do not require any extras imm a pensioner and don't want any more expense and your request for e-mail won't stop, and it's driving me mad been going on for hours continually ringing till now no opeace very annoying

Since the v6 update it does not work at all. I only see "you no longer have access to EMIS mobile...". Before you respond (EMIS), the device is authorized in EMISWeb and I have installed a valid certificate using EMIS Sentry.

Why does this not work with my top of the range, six-month-old Android phone? Emis continue to deliver a half-baked product.

The MFA on the new update is not working. Currently running a pilot of 50 users and no longer feasible to continue as everyone getting stuck at mfa. Authenticator code not working for anyone and cannot bypass
