★★☆☆☆ Login at Elster is chaos. Can't get it done. Received the activation code. There is guidance what to do with this code. Not happy.

★★☆☆☆ I received an activation code which contains 10 digits only (not 12). When I try to activate the account I get an error saying that this code is not valid. So finally I can't activate the account. No information in the FAQ section on this issue.

★★☆☆☆ I mean this ist just ridiculous, I want only to change my steuerklasse, I got two letters by post with codes, finally I get there to do it all, activate, and it asks to verify with a fingerprint, but I never use a fingerprint I cancelled and now it's an all goes back to the beginning. Jesus its very complicated and absolutely not user friendly with all these emails+login options and codes and verification. I think I have to do the steuerklasse change per post, wich is again ridiculous.....
