★★☆☆☆ Update: Someone called me from your team (Dr. Mohamed) and also the branch called me and less than 2 hrs later I received my order . I placed my order more than 8 hrs ago, and I still haven't received it yet... Called hotline twice. -If not done already-You need to have an internal system to your team to notify and hold them to a strict timeline because having to call the hotline or wait that long for a pharmaceutical order which has a higher sense of urgency to it ruins the idea of using app

★★☆☆☆ The service level is too bad and no follow up with customers in case the order take more than 30 min to arrive my orders taking usually 4h can anyone tell me this is your service level?
