Needs a way to tell how long a stall has been open or some other metric that could hint that the place is busy and that stall is only open because the next person waiting is still getting into position

Ok so not bad, but I wish there were more locations in boston, and you advertise as supercharging 150- 350 kwh but most seem like it's splitting that among all the charging stations and when vehicles get to 80% it trickles down to very low kwh

This app is terrible and usually takes forever to connect to a station if it works. Support is horrible and unhelpful. It's frustrating that these stations done work as well as Tesla chargers. Lots of room for improvement here.

Every electrify america charging area has at least one charger out of commission and this seems to last weeks, there is never enough chargers, so people are always scuffling over them

Half of the time does not work, unable to start charge. Nothing at Electrify America ever works, either the chargers or the app are always broken and never get fixed. Horrible experience overall.

In three months of driving an EV I've found more broken Electrify America chargers than broken fuel pumps in three decades of driving gas cars. Never plan a trip that relies on them working, because they probably won't.
