★★★★★ Eldrive supports Autocharge, and it's amazing, just plug the CCS cable and select Start from the charger screen.

★★★★★ The app works like a charm. Account setup was very easy, it is fast and responsive. Charging was no issue at all (Renault ZOE 40).

★★☆☆☆ Very poor presentation of charging session -no information on kWh charged, no info of the current charging speed. No information on what the cost of charging is (which can easily be calculated by initial charge + kWh charged * XX.x bgn per kWh). Difficult to see the status of charging station (vacant or occupied).

★★☆☆☆ As of time of writing, the app is useless. It always shows available slots at the charging station near my home and when I go there they're all occupied. Eldrive seems to have operational issues with their partners too. Once I drove to a mall in Sofia to only find out the floor with the docks was out of service. Customer support seems unaware of the issues and offer no resolution. This is a for-profit service that should serve its customers well but in reality it wastes people's time. I've given in on using it and looked for alternatives. Fix your operational issues and learn how to treat your customers!
