Update: After a few emails, they fixed it! I had to log out and in again after the most recent update. I love the chat options! I can add my info to my profile, but it won't load my actual trip. It keeps saying "loading your experience" under the tours tab. I let it load for 5 mins and nothing. Notifications say I have none. I tried deleting and downloading it again. Cleared cashed data. This app isn't functional. I have 2 weeks left before my trip. If they fix it, then I'll update my review.

Not sure what's going on, but all my profile info is gone. It only shows the countdown for my trip. I don't see any point in having this app if it's just going to keep deleting my info.

It worked the day I installed the app but since then it doesn't let me load the tours section it stays permanently on the loading screen which is super disappointing. It seems to be an android issues according some of the other comments.

Oh no, what happened?! I was so looking forward to the group chat, and now, the app is showing nothing but the countdown. It even erased my profile info! I hope this problem gets resolved soon 🙏🏼
