I like the app, I really do. The concept is awesome and it looks nice, yet simple. But the functions of the app are still not where they need to be. Couple glaring issues I need the developers to get fixed immediately: 1) I can't manage my Easy Card via the app. I can add my Easy Card, it shows up on the screen, but I can't do anything else from there like load it or transfer value. 2) Can't buy a monthly pass 3) Can't add my Easy Card to my Samsung wallet for NFC tap n go payment. Why not?

Horrible app, will deduct money from your account immediately but will never post it to my card so that I can use my card on transit. Basically just steals your money and they're no help at the office when you call, you're just wasting their time. Horrible.

Doesn't let me add a payment method because of an error. Very inconvenient for any Miami visitor who is in need to take the bus or the train!

Terrible experience. It had an error loading payment cards so basically useless. Couldn't ride the bus and was late for my meeting. Miami-Dade transit is a joke.
