★★☆☆☆ Appalling service. I'll never be using the Easi app again. Placed my first order, which was prepared promptly by the restaurant, but took a further HOUR to travel the 5 km distance to our home. During the wait, my two calls to the driver were unanswered, the app chat function was offline, and when I phoned customer service I was offered an $8 voucher (eventually increased to a $10 voucher) to 'compensate' for $64 worth of food that arrived barely lukewarm. I became aware of the app through an offer from AmEx, but I'll be telling AmEx making such offers may be counterproductive for their brand.

★★☆☆☆ No delivery drivers. Extremely poor customer service process. If you call customer service you get asked to leave a message and don't get called back. If you try to message, when you leave to check on your food delivery it exits the chat and puts you at the end of the queue. Push notifications that say click this to contact support take you back to the main screen and out of the support chat. Can't even cancel an order after waiting for an hour for someone to pick up food from the restaurant.
