Started using the app today and so far so good. I can see my time remaining, my reservations, etc. One machine was out of order but this I couldn't see, so I have to go down to the basement again tomorrow for another stint.

It is a good app but I'm having problems with paying with mobile pay on the app. An error page comes up each time I try to pay with Mobile pay even though I try to uninstall/reinstall the app and switch off my phone and turn it on again it still doesn't work for me. I've also tried to log in and out on the app and that doesn't work either.

This app works when the laundry machines work. But they never do, so what good is this app on my phone ? 😁

The app only works when it actually wants to. Today the washer I booked was also booked by someone else at the exact same time despite showing differently on the app. It also didn't register the money I transferred, so I couldn't even wash the second pile of laundry that I had planned on washing since it deletes the booking after 30 mins. This unfortunately happens frequently.

Does not convert the language to English. If I try to change the language, it's going to log me out. Poor design of the app.

Can't change the language, it's always Danish, tried to uninstall and install again and chose English to login, but it automatically changes to Danish?!
