★★★★★ I like that DB is rolling out order ahead. You get the points, so there's that. They have improved the app to order ahead and customize drinks. The app menu still doesn't include what all is in the drink, but my city has order ahead, so I just have to select it to know.

★★★★★ Dutch Bros got me thur a very hard time in my life because I had throat cancer and I couldn't sallow, so I would go to DB for my daily drink of Picture Perfect. Thank you

★★☆☆☆ I love Dutch Bros especially when they stepped up their game and added the option to order ahead, but unfortunately I cannot order anything kid-sized in the app, so I end up wasting my time and walking to the window to order my kids drink...there's also no option to just order chocolate milk in any size... or a not so hot chocolate... and lastly, it would be nice to have an option for half extra sweet instead of just full extra sweet.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to order through the app and get a drink with points. It tried to charge full price and when I went to use the points at the store, they were gone. Pretty messed up.
