This app has saved my life and sanity. As someone with ADHD one of the most debilitating things is the total paralysis that sets in. Body Doubling is the only thing that helps me, which isn't easy when you live alone. This is exactly what the app provides, and in a way that feels relational, as you get to know Rox and Rich as they tackle the same tasks (especially if you follow ADHD Love on socials). The human element is the magic of body doubling and is unique to Dubbin.

I love you guys I really do, and I support your work and your channels every day. But honestly the price is a bit steep and sadly as you know our ADHD brains can't remember how long and much I'm spending. Sadly I'm going to have to find some habit apps to try and do the work you are doing here.

The video promoting this app said that there are a lot of videos and what not to help you that's free and then access to better content via subscription. So I download it actually looking forward to trying this new app and feeling grateful for all the free content the advert said I'd get that would. One. That's it. One item. One video. That doesn't show you much and promoted another but longer video series I had to buy. With all the hype over this dubbi app, I had higher than usual hopes. :-(

I love seeing all the apps attempting to help people. But it saddens me when someone who is struggling creates an app to help people and then monetizes it. Just another indicator of the fact that only the wealthy have access to help.

Function wise from an app perspective it works. But nothing beats real people for body doubling and honestly, pretending that a prescription is not an ADHD tax in an app that has no functionality if not paying for it is dishonest. Go use Discord ADHD body doubling groups. It's cheaper.
