DSK-eBanking is easy to use. It would be good to have more options showing more information.

Doesn't run most ot the time, especially after 00.00. Keeps you without a way to use your money. Only use when possible, is to transfer money to Revolut. Unacceptable for one of the biggest banks in Bulgaria.

The website is so more functional and useful than mobile. I cannot view statements from couple years ago even though it allows me to select the dates. Also, the atm map doesn't work correctly. I tab to locate me, so I can see the nearest atm, bit it just shows me the whole country. I don't want to search on a map where I am. Also, I would love to have the option to make limits for week or month, not just daily

Horrible application! Doesn't show detailed transactions' history, doesn't show transactions made through the website.... I can't even change my phone number! The most ridiculous thing is I can't see my cards details, not even the whole card number!! Awful!

I can't send money to someone online just because I am not yet a citizen, which makes it funny and strange, I can't even pay phone bills. I have been in a bank in person so that I can be helped, but nothing happened. What's the use of having online banking where I can only check my balance but nothing else?
