$29.99/month and not even a chance to try the apps before. 🙄 plus extra add on prices. Maybe open this for free trials, then ask for a CC. I'll delete and give you another chance when it's free. And... No, I'm not going to subscribe, then cancel if I don't like it.

The concept and workouts in this app are stellar, ideal for someone who wants to improve their functional fitness. Sadly, the app itself is rubbish and borderline unusable if you want to do anything but a one-off workout. The app consistently freezes or fails to recognize completed workouts which defeats the point of programs. Support has been useless so far. This is very expensive, so I'd steer clear until the issues are resolved.

Excellent app. Very well-structured. One small matter left a bad taste in my mouth. My subscription was due to renew on 17 May 2025. The app was updated last week, and after that, I could not access my last week or so's training, as it was stuck behind a pay wall. This means I was essentially cheated out of about 10 days' worth of subscription. Poor form, guys.
