This is the worst and most unprofessional establishment ever! I will not buy from a company if they are using this company to deliver. There are very deceitful employees there, driver lying and saying you are not home and posting some random ground saying he was here. Then inconveniencing me by putting my parcel at some pick up point miles away when there is one 0.02 miles away from me. DPD, do you people do mental assessment when employing staff? Or is madness a prerequisite to get employed?

Worst service ever. I took a day off work for delivery. The driver attempted to deliver to the wrong address. I got an alert. There is no contact number so did a live chat to be told within 20 minutes of supposed attempted delivery they could not return. I have to take a second day off and then see where they try to deliver tomorrow.
