They don't refund your money for missed appointment regardless of your medical conditions and circumstances why you were unable to attend that appointment. You're basically paying for the minute or two minutes of the doctor waiting for you to attend for the whole price you paid and not for the service rendered. That's easy money grab. Don't feed these wolves by using their app. I hope their children doesn't die from eating the food where they used the money of patients who didn't get service.

Payment is glitchy and did not reflect to be processed though already paid through pay now. The medication cannot be dispatched. Feeling sick and not getting timely support is not good experience. There was no support or reply on the "contact us" chat.
