Hi I book appointment, but doctor did not join the call and dint not receive refund also. There is no customer care number to contact further in app. If applied for a refund also no response till now

I think there only one communication. Patient has to wait till Doctor joins the call. I have experienced same today I have waited for Doctor half an hour online after paying beforehand. I think there will be 2 way communication for patients and doctors. If you are paying online and don't know Doctor actually joining call or not, that is only pain point. Good thing after all is auto-refund. I have received paid money but after waiting for longer online in call, Doctor hasn't joined the call.

Waste of time to book appointment on this app. After booking appointment on give slot When we reached at hospital they will write patient name on there hospital pad, and we need to wait.
