★★☆☆☆ Unable to login since the latest update in August. It says "Citibank isn't responding. Do you want to close it." I wait several times, and it still says "Citibank isn't responding". I am using Huawei Mate 20X phone

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experience with credit card payment. The bank is extremely disappointing. I paid my credit card bill over 2 hours ago and my credit limit STILL hasn't updated. This is unacceptable and completely hinders my ability to make transactions when needed. How can a bank as big as DBS fail at something so basic? This bank clearly lacks efficiency and reliability. You guys can reconsider before applying the credit card!

★★☆☆☆ I don't feel any support at all from this app except history transaction. For customer support. Sucks. You hide your chat with agent well. And after waiting for loading to chat with agent. Suddenly cutoff for just like 90 seconds. (Meanwhile I just waiting for loading and switch to email for checking by e statement or any info regarding why I cant do a transaction with my card). And then I reconnect with new agent. And suddenly this app logged me out automatically so I need to do it again!

★★☆☆☆ Decided to report your app to google, as it violates my privacy through your misusage of 'App Visibility' permissions. Your app should not be allowed to check what app are being installed on my phone, also it's practically a joke that your app ask me to uninstall Microsoft Authenticator just to use your app. Your developer should learn to differentiate between providing user a security and annoying user. Very bad !
