This app is genius! We have a washer and dryer, but I take the big bulky stuff to the laundromat. Last time I went to the new laundromat. I had one-dollar bills to put in the change machine, but their change machine wasn't working, and it was late at night. I saw the Dexter Pay sign, downloaded the app, and was good to go! You can easily pay and keep track of each load as it goes through its cycle. And they have a rewards program and exclusive promotions to save money! Love this app!

Love that I don't have to carry coins around! Always clean, and just a few machines were out of order. However, they need to get some more baskets because I had to wait for someone to finish taking my clothes out of the washer to be dried.

Simple app that lets you operate and pay for machine use by linking the app to your personal bank account....no more feeding paper dollar bills in a coin changer that may or may not work ...in exchange for handfuls of quarters. You can even custom taylor wash cycles by selecting water temp....extra rinse cycles and for the dryers you can select temp...add extra time and monitor progress of wash and dry cycles right from your phone. Regular users get bonuses and rewards. Makes it so much easier!!

The most one cycle of laundry will cost is 13 or 14 dollars, that's if u get extra rinse, pre-rinse....etc. but, these bozos hold 20 dollars per load from your debit card. Per wash load. Why? If I was trying to not pay for a load it would be 13 or 14 dollars max. I did 2 loads of clothes, and they are holding 40 bucks for 5 to 7 days. Do not use these people. Please

DO NOT USE THIS APP It will charge you $25 even if your machine only needs $2, and it will take DAYS to get the remainder of the unused money back! So far one of the worst apps for laundry iv used and no other app I have used this far has charged my card anything other than what I intended it to charge.
