★★★★★ The app is great. Easy to raise issues and nice overview about what is happening. The repair service from DeuWo itself is really bad, and it takes a long time to get an appointment, but the app does its job very well.

★★☆☆☆ Removing the portal they had on the website, creating this useless app that you can't actually do anything on like maybe update your bank information for the rent? Or maybe even ask for the documents to do that? Also add english support, it is not rocket, at least on website people who aren't great in german can translate easily, while in app no can do. (Google Translate have a great api, try it, it does magic!)

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. Repair reports are ignored and then incorrectly marked as completed. Contact form messages are ignored. Just another facade for Deutsche Wohnen to ignore tenants and blame it on the tech it seems. In the last week it is not even possible to make repair reports or contact D.W. A broken junk app.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience with repair service. It's been three months since I requested the repair of my brand-new broken dishwasher, yet no one from customer service is answering a phone call or email. The repair service is not speaking English even some of them know English. If you want trouble in your life, then go ahead and rent a flat from this company
