It would be good if one could get enough information e.g. email messages about balances and new targets when needed. Thanks for your reply. My comment was because it takes so long to get a PIN for a new debit card. Access to the bank account and usage of debit card and transfers is now very difficult with the new DB Secure Authenticator app. If you change phones its almost impossible to get it configured in a new phone. Customer service is either unavailable or unable to help. I live abroad and can't go to a DB office in person. This means DB has effectively cut access to my own accounts. Will have to move all my accounts to an online bank that actually knows how to handle mobile apps and security.
