★★★★★ Dessert Financial opened a branch in Prescott Valley, AZ inside the Fry's grocery store over a year ago. I opened an account there with them and have been very pleased with the bank, how they handle my account and especially with their employees. They are so friendly and helpful. I can't wait until their newest branch opens in Prescott, AZ
★★★★★ Banking is important this app is well-designed and provides the most useful information on the opening screen
★★★★★ The app used to work well on my Android device (Pixel 7 Pro). Recently it stopped working properly. When I activate the app, the Desert Financial logo appears and then the app freezes. Please correct the issues. After the update, the app is working as before with no issues. Thank you for correcting the issues.
★★☆☆☆ I'm unable to access my accounts I keep getting an error message "System is not responding try again later" version 4010 3.3, I've cleared the app cache and restarted my phone and restarted the app several times.
★★☆☆☆ Can't log in. Since latest update, login screen fails to show half the time. IF it loads, and I'm actually able to enter my password before it goes white again, MFA kicks in. When I get the code and try to enter it, I'm told the code is incorrect. I tried this multiple times, getting codes via email or text doesn'tmatter. Same white screen problem happens half the time with the code entry too. This is ridiculous. Regarding developer reply, how will my calling your bank help? Fix your app!
