Everything is perfect, and drinks like a cappuccino are amazing. I'm missing two things, at least the first one is easy to implement in the app: - a timer, so that it starts at h:mm every day, optionally later on weekends; - a counter, just for the curiosity of knowing how many coffees I had over time.

Can't log in after updated Generic error occur Still the same issue even uninstall and install again, using Wi-Fi or mobile network. 29 Jan received a new update, but still cannot log in, it shows "It looks like there's a problem with the connection. Please try again." 30 Jan, after updated lastest version, the login issue fixes, thank you the prompt action.

The app is a nightmare to use. It connects to the coffee machine with difficulty, and sometimes it just does not work. Bean Adapt does not let me edit the current list of coffees I am using, I don't know why. Not sure if DeLonghi spends time on the maintenance at all...

I returned my coffee machine today because this app does not work. The app does not connect with my coffee machine and the technician who came out agrees that the app is faulty. It Definitely NOT worth buying a DeLonghi coffee machine until they get a new app.
