Dean taxis is simply the best service in gates head area I would recommend them to anyone that has not used the service yet. (WHY) taxis are allways clean and do are the drivers shirt, dress pants, and most important a tie you can not get any better than that so please call dean taxis, and you will see for yourself and to the drivers and staff keep up the good work you are doing a great job.

Drivers are always in time I am very happy with their service I have been living in birtley for 10 months and Dean taxi are always there when I need them it doesn't matter what time of the day it is, and they are always in time with very friendly Drivers who are always very chatty which helps I will recommend Dean's taxi to anybody 😀

Utterly useless since the update on this app. I'm tired of watching the search for available cars when previously, a booking was confirmed immediately. I've taken my business elsewhere.

Rubbish spp, useless, all the time states no car available, regardless of time or day, no way to book a taxi ahead.

Great when it works, 70% of time, cars unavailable and asks 10 minutes wait, you wait 10 minutes and still unavailable, it's the only reason I popped up a review on Google store.

Just for clarity. This is easily the best taxi firm around. Drivers are always spot on, smart and ready for work. And cars are always immaculate. App frustrates though. Edit 11.06.2024 After improving the app over the last few years, it's now at it's most difficult to use and understand. Driver tracking doesn't usually work properly. Edit 26.08.2020 Since update, the app is not fit for purpose. Can't ever seem to find me a driver, although I can get one if I ring. One-star til its sorted ☹☹

They recently started pushing spam to the Trip Tracking notification channel. I can't turn off that channel else I wouldn't get notifications for trips, so now I have to see "Going out this weekend? Book with Dean!" etc. daily.
