Why does the app keep prompting me to update and when I click on 'update' it won't update, rather it'll take me to Google play, and I'll only see 'uninstall' and 'open' buttons with a message underneath saying the app is no longer compatible with my phone? In all these, it'll eventually open when I click on the 'open' button, but why take me through this rigor?

The most useless power company I've ever seen. No customer service...you pay for light it takes days to reflect.... they reached an agreement with installing their useless meters all over the barracks just to milk Nigerians. Because why is their meter so fast?. You can recharge 5000 naira today and in 2 days the meter says its finished even when you did not use it..... A very useless company. Something has to be done to change this.

This is the most useless private power service I have experienced. Unfortunately live in an estate where they subscribe to their service.... their system is constantly down, you buy your power units, and you could wait hours before it's updated, more often than not they have to send a technician to manually load. Their costs are much higher than aedc, and don't have an inverter, cos they will blame the high cost on inverter. I just tire!
