I just upgraded my phone to the s25 Ultra and the app now crashes every time I try to open the app... was working fine on my s22 ultra phone. Expensive insurance. Cancelled before the next bill cycle was told by a rep I spoke to I would be receiving a refund for a prorated amount and another rep stated that I was not due for a refund because the policy was cancelled. Do not go with this company because the rates are waaaay to expensive and the reps you speak to clearly do not know how to note what they spoke to you about for the accounts.

Keep changing my password then only lets me log in one time then the next time I try to log back in it says incorrect password

The app keeps closing. It hasn't opened in a few weeks. Why isn't someone fixing it????

App is bad, it doesn't stay logged in, the password requirements are Draconian and make the password hard to remember if you do manage to log in it wants to 3rd party verify. You're not getting a break when you're sitting on the side of the road fumble your phone trying to find the insurance card that you know you saved and can't open the app without changing a password verifying myself 3 times to see the card. Not having proof of insurance costs a license in my state. This app almost cost me that.
