★★☆☆☆ Stopped working, Rotten customer service. I am an RN about to take my wound care certification the 1st week of September. The app worked fine for a while-then it just stopped. Now it is completely blank. I have contacted customer service numerous times for over a month trying to get this fixed, and nothing they suggested worked. I have been emailing them now to ask if they would completely delete my account, so that I could download it fresh and see if that works. No response-nada-zip. 🤮
