9 -15 min. 17 pt. 17-23min,13pt, if there's a 120 plus point and it's asking a few personal questions, you get kicked off. In general, after many kicked out, and hours of surveys and I mean many hours, I got to 297 pt equal 5.89 AU dollars. Often going through 1/2 or 2/3 of a survey just to get kicked off. I do 2 other surveys, had a few 20.00 gift vouchers and one used to send out samples. These is the ones if they break up, they pay minimum. But pay! With this one you feel taken

Got my account locked. I hadn't used this app for a while and I got a new phone recently, so I decided to try this app again. Instantly got my account locked while trying to sign in. Customer service said I can't have more than one account, which I know that, but I couldn't remember the info I used to log in with before, plus having a new number also flagged my account. I'm not doing anything wrong, it was an accident. They offered to help but stopped responding to my emails. I uninstalled it 😒
