I have two ctronics ptz cameras one at back and one at front of building. They're OK. The app does the job with remote connection, but it could have some improvements with the gui in general. For instance the zoom buttons don't work, you have to manually pinch the photo to zoom and even then, the camera isn't actually zooming (I don't know of this is the app or camera) another thing.would be good to have full control over the IF lights as they sometimes need to be manually adjusted. 8/10

When you are browsing motion detection videos on sd card, please could you make it so that it shows what video you have already viewed, like have the video you have just watched be highlighted or ticked, as sometimes there are more than a hundred clips to browse and if I look away for a couple of seconds and go back I forget what video is next to view or what video has been seen, thanks

Good cameras if they worked properly! Video is good! You cannot change any of the settings, so why bother having them? You can with the Ctronics app but not Ctronics Pro! We would expect Pro to be better not worse! Always get 'Turn on targeting' yet even Ctronics cannot explain what this is! To view is never having a connection so have to go in the app and turn things off just so that we can review LIVE! Support is atrocious! Many complaints should surely result in the company resolving
