★★★★★ The only negative is I still have to walk to the laundry room to press start on the machine. Other than that super easy and super convenient.

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE 1/23/25 Put in service request for a washer that is broken. The drum is filled with water, and it's been like that for days. They emailed me saying it was fixed, and I just went in today, and it's literally the same as when I put the request in!! They didn't do anything. Truly awful, stole money then would not give refund. That's ok just a few dollars I guess, but it's a continuous struggle to just get the app to connect to the machine and get it to start. Wish I could give zero stars.

★★☆☆☆ If laundry machines eat your quarters, you will never get your money back.
