Crystal Story

★★★★★ I remember and love this game, but could you update it to the more modern phones, so we could still play this marvel of a game?

★★★★★ Great Indie Dungeon Crawler I have kept my eyes on this game for a while. I love the artwork and character animations. Straightforward story launches you but exploration drives it. Combat is fun and I love the system of points, no one is a set class per se. I do wish the town setting was more like traditional rpg FF style, but it's simple. Only con is that for an item description in your inventory you have to press and hold the item as it immediately asks you which character you want to use it on.

★★☆☆☆ Google & updates Since the new update(android5.0) this game nor the second Crystal Story (2) will stay on my tablet, even downloading it again, Google says it's an unknown error code -505.

★★☆☆☆ Better off playing the web version... Giving this a 1 star. Don't get me wrong - this game was perfect on its flash/web version. I used to play this game A LOT on congregate app when Android still used to support flash and I totally loved it. I spent so many hours playing this game. It saddens me though that the "official" android port is not up to par. The quality is not the same as the flash version, there are a lot of textures and animation missing (for example, in the dungeon/floor selection there are animated concentric moving circles in the flash version but in this version it's just a blank background). The resolution is also not as crisp as the flash version. The characters all look pixelated/blocky :( Hopefully the dev will update this game match it with the current flash version (which by the way is great).
