★★★★★ Slicing Could be better. Please add letter text to customize the print and split model and send seem back and on a line. Just some minor adjustment to modify the print. Please also if possible add calibration prints like temp tower, retraction, possibly speed test. You forgot to add vase mode 😂😂

★★★★★ I am new to 3d printing. Reality has really made it easy to get up and running. The program is super easy to use, and the printer does amazing. I highly recommend looking at Reality and the Ender 3 v3 plus.

★★☆☆☆ 1. For Reality only 2. Models are expensive 3. Can't search for free models, and I never saw any free models. 4. You have to buy Reality's currency to use on their app. 5. Reality currency is very expensive. 6. This app is another of the many reasons why you should just avoid Reality.

★★☆☆☆ Software causing tons of issues turning my K2 into a $1600 paperweight. Customer service won't reply, just give us the correct software already. My friend who has a K2 having the same issues. Hotend destroyed the build plate on day one and now refuses to print anything. Customer service just keeps telling me to wait another 24–72 hours it's been almost 4 days of not being able to print. Instead of them sending replacement parts. I have 14 printers and reality is the worst. GO WITH BAMBI LAB

★★☆☆☆ Poor app service. Waiting hours because the clouds slice backed up with 99 slice. So what I sit here for 3 hours like I'm at the DMV. really, really poor OPS and IT dept if you not going to fix it. Shut the app down and go away. Plz. I don't wase my time deal with this !!
