Does not work at all with water heater. Despite multiple tries with different network configurations, devices and going through troubleshooting steps, water heater does nothing connect to server.

The app is not working at all! I cannot finish the process for creating an account because the last step is not active. I wrote to the support and the answer was" we are working on the problem, it is due to server maintenance that no one knows when is going to be finished and the service active again! I bought Atlantic water heater with smart Wi-Fi function that I cannot not use and these are money in the trash! How it is possible auch a big company not to take car for such technical issues?!
