Dishonest Shady Company! After I was talked into a 2-year agreement, they didn't disclose any extra fees or data limits, nor did they even send me a copy of the agreement. Shady business!! The app doesn't even share with me the correct data window! Shady shady shady. Stay away from agreements with this company. They won't even let me nullify the agreement after their non-disclosure!!

Don't get Cox . They charge 25 dollars when your auto payment doesn't go through. The same day your bill is due no matter what the cause. They don't give you a chance to use other form of payment to avoid a fee ... And if you have them, this is what you get if u choose auto-pay... You get punished for doing what they want.

Almost every day (no exaggeration) my internet service goes down for technical difficulties. Yet they want you to pay your bill on time, or they charge you a big late fee. It seems like after 2 years of service with them, they would have figured out what is constantly causing these issues!
