We switched from gabb to cosmo for our son after his second gabb watch broke, and we didn't want to pay full price for a second. We were happy that cosmo was up front about watch insurance, so we don't have to worry about it. There are a few downsides regarding texting with cosmo and having to use the app, but I think those will be resolved over time. We have not experienced any battery drain or any other huge issues, and when we spoke to support, we got everything resolved same day.

Absolute garbage. Don't even bother. Returned the first one thinking it was just bad but no the watches don't work properly 90 percent of the time. Kinda pointless if I can't tell where my child is with the GPS and can't call them. Battery died really, really fast. Left it on sitting on the counter to see if my daughter was just playing with it all day but no. Literally went down 2 percent a minute.

Not receiving texts. This app shows battery is 94% when I know it's less than 54% by now and shows her location at home when she's not here. Calls are not clear. Tried calling customer support. On hold for half hour, left message for call back over 24 hours ago and received no response. I saw so many high ratings for the watch, but this app is showing poor ratings and I want to return it. Extremely disappointed.
