There are some UI issues, such as the call/hang-up button dropping off the bottom of the screen when in portrait mode. Otherwise, it does what it should. It would benefit from more features such as call recording.

Works well, once installed. Many options. Good, prompt customer support. I don't find 'any issues reported by some customers, maybe earlier versions. For me, this is awesome overall.

This app is garbage. I lose so much business because this app never works and when it will even answer a call the quality is so terrible it makes my company look bad

Not good enough. I pay monthly and the app itself is completely unreliable, so I use call forwarding which does not allow me to see who is calling. Call forwarding is also set to be disabled I just found out. I continuously get yelp spam from India from the last company to use me phone number. The spam seems to be the only calls I get, and it is almost every day. Summary, great for spending money and getting spam calls if the latency doesn't get you. Without call forwarding, this app is a brick
